GROUP TRAINIG AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WARRIOR SECURITY

JOB PURPOSE

To plan and deliver security training with the international of improving current system and procedure through the group and produce the highest quality of products and service within our field of industry

The group training and development managers responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Asses current training asset and procedure

– Project culture training excellent through the group

– Maintain a working knowledge of current industry training practice

– Create and maintain system of regular reporting

– Produce consolidate monthly report to the board of directors

– Prepare budget estimate and ensure budgetary limitations are not exceeded without authority or explanations

– Regular review asses and efficacy of training and training staff through the group

– With agreement between the company and employers any other duties as assigned by the management

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

-minimum of 3 years experience in similar positions

– Prince 2 practitioner

– Instructor training

– Fluent English

– Good computer skills in MS world, Office , Power Point and excel

-Ability to multitask and priorities task
